Vincent Yzaguirre's (is-a-gary) Bio
Mr. Yzaguirre is the current Deputy Director of Real Estate for the County of Riverside. He has been involved in the acquisition and development of over $1B in projects over the past two years including: a Major District Attorney's Office Building in Downtown Riverside, a major Sheriff Station in Palm Desert, and a Homeless Multi-Services Center in Palm Springs. Prior to the County of Riverside, Mr. Yzaguirre was the Vice-President of Development and Corporate Broker for Vanir Development Company, a west coast developer.
Mr Yzaguirre is a graduate of the University of Redlands, where he holds his bachelors and masters in Business and Management.
He is an elected official in the City of Colton, serving in his second term as a Councilmember. In additional to serving his City, he serves on several boards including:
- Southern California Association of Governments
- Inland Valley Development Agency/San Bernardino International Airport Authority-An Airbase Redevelopment and Re-use Joint Powers Authority
- CONFIRE Joint Powers Authority - a San Bernardino County/City Joint Powers Fire Authority
