In this joint webinar, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will provide an overview of small business resources and SCORE will discuss the impact dealing with difficult people can cause, identify several types of difficult people and offer suggestions for dealing effectively with such individual whether they are employees, customers or vendors. ABOUT THE SPEAKERS A representative from the SBA’s Sacramento District Office will deliver the presentation. Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is the only cabinet-level federal agency fully dedicated to small businesses and provides counseling, capital, and contracting expertise as the nation’s only go-to resource and voice for small businesses. Jackie McClain is the Chapter Chair of Capital Corridor SCORE and as well as a small business mentor with SCORE. She has over 30 years of business administrative experience, including experience in all aspects of Human Resources, as well as government regulations, contracting, legal issues, nonprofit and more. She currently stewards the chapter, presents workshops and mentors business-owners on a variety of topics. She holds a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. Cost: Free!
